2011 Pole Walking Instruction is by Appointment

If you'd like to set up a time for pole walking instruction, please get in touch with me and we'll find a time that's convenient for both of us

General Info on Instruction:

Limited to 5 participants. Please confirm your spot with me in advance.
Meet in the Bonita Beach parking lot to the left of Doc's Restaurant. (There is a fee for parking if you don't have a 2010 sticker. )
Please complete this Registration Form and bring it with you.
Introductory Classes are $15 per person including the use of poles.
Cost of poles is $79.
If you purchase your Nordic Poles during your introductory class, it's $85 for the poles and the class.

Be sure to bring water (either a Camel pack or a belt pack with a bottle of water)

Group Walk Schedule Will Be Based on Interest

Please email me if you're interested in walking.

Group walks are by donation. Yoy may donate any amount, starting with $1. At the end of the season, we will donate all the money collected to a charity.

Bonita Beach - Meeting location depends on time of day due to 2011 parking changes at Bonita Beach.
Barefoot Beach Sunset Walks- There is a guard (and you have to pay) until 5pm, so we will meet at 5:15 pm in the last parking lot.
